Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 21, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using the Flyspout platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Flyspout.
01 Acceptance of Agreement
By accessing or using the Flyspout website, mobile application, or any services provided by Flyspout [legal entity name to be confirmed] ("Flyspout", "we", "us", the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
Flyspout operates as a flight booking platform. We act as an intermediary between you and the airlines and travel service providers who actually operate your flight. Your booking through our platform is also subject to the fare rules and conditions of the operating airline, and — where applicable — of any optional service provider (such as a Cancel for Any Reason protection provider).
Eligibility, account registration, and your responsibility for the accuracy of the information you provide are set out in Section 2 below.
02 Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to create an account or make a booking. You may register with an email address and password, or by signing in with Google, Facebook, or Apple.
New accounts created with email and password must be verified via a code sent to that email address before they can be used to log in or book.
- ✓You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- ✓All passenger information you submit — names, dates of birth, contact details, and travel document numbers — must exactly match the passenger's government-issued identification. Incorrect details may result in denied boarding, and airlines typically do not permit name corrections after ticketing without a fee, if at all.
- ✓You are responsible for confirming any visa, passport, or health requirements for your itinerary — Flyspout does not verify these on your behalf.
03 Scope of Services & Pricing
Search & Comparison
We provide a real-time search engine to compare flight options sourced from our flight supplier network. Prices are dynamic and subject to change until the booking is finalized and confirmed.
Booking Facilitation
Once you select a flight, we facilitate the booking process with the operating airline via our flight supplier network. Flyspout is not the airline and does not operate the flight.
Automated Pricing
The price you see may include an automated adjustment calculated from anonymized route and fare data (not your personal information), in addition to our standard service markup. We do not guarantee that any displayed price is the lowest available elsewhere.
Fare Rules
Baggage allowances, change and cancellation rules, and seat selection availability are set by the operating airline, not Flyspout. Please review them before booking.
04 Payments, Wallet & Currency
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We do not accept, process, or store full card numbers ourselves — card payments go directly to our payment processor, Stripe. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method, or deduct from your Flyspout Wallet balance, for the full amount shown at checkout, including any optional add-ons (such as Cancel for Any Reason) you select.
| Card Payments | Processed by Stripe; we never receive your full card number |
| Buy Now, Pay Later | Available via Klarna for eligible billing countries |
| Flyspout Wallet | Pay from your wallet balance; no self-service cash-out at this time |
| Currency Conversion | Based on rates in effect at the time of booking |
| Service Fees | Itemized at checkout, in addition to the airline fare |
| Taxes & Levies | Included in the final price shown before you pay |
05 Cancellations, Refunds & Travel Protection
Flight changes are not yet supported. If you need to change your flight, you will need to cancel your current booking and place a new order.
Cancellation eligibility and any applicable fees are determined solely by the airline or travel provider — not by Flyspout. Please review the fare conditions carefully before booking.
Cancel Your Flight
To change your flight, you must first cancel your existing booking. Flyspout does not currently support direct flight changes or rebooking.
Refund to Flyspout Wallet
Approved refunds are generally credited to your Flyspout Wallet rather than your original payment method. Wallet credits can be used on your next booking.
Book a New Flight
Once your refund is in your Wallet, you can search and book a new flight. Your Wallet balance will be applied automatically at checkout.
Flyspout Wallet Refunds
- Refunds are generally issued as Flyspout Wallet credits rather than returned to your original payment method; in some cases we may issue the refund to your original payment method instead, at our discretion.
- Wallet credits have no expiry and can be used on any future booking on the platform. We do not currently offer a self-service way to cash out or withdraw your wallet balance.
- The refund amount depends on the airline's fare conditions and cancellation policy — Flyspout has no control over the refundable amount.
- Refund processing times depend on the airline and payment method; we aim to credit approved refunds promptly once the airline confirms the cancellation.
Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR)
- CFAR is an optional add-on offered through our flight supplier network at the time of booking, for an additional fee.
- Flyspout facilitates the purchase and your cancellation request, but the eligibility rules, covered percentage, exclusions, and claim approval are determined by the CFAR provider, not Flyspout.
- CFAR is not comprehensive travel insurance (it does not cover trip interruption, medical expenses, lost baggage, or similar risks) unless the specific product you purchase says otherwise.
- Purchasing CFAR does not guarantee a full refund — review the terms shown at checkout before purchasing.
06 Fraud, Misuse & Account Suspension
You agree not to use the Services for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose, including submitting false passenger or payment information, attempting to circumvent our pricing or payment systems, or using the Services to book travel for resale without our authorization.
We may suspend or terminate your account, cancel a booking, or decline to process a payment or refund if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, a chargeback dispute, or a violation of these Terms. We will try to notify you when reasonably possible, but we are not obligated to do so in advance where we believe it would compromise an investigation.
07 Limitation of Liability
08 Intellectual Property & Third-Party Services
Our Content
The Flyspout name, logo, website design, and software are owned by Flyspout or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.
Third-Party Services & Links
The Services rely on and may link to third-party providers (including Duffel, Stripe, Klarna, and airline sites). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites or services, which are governed by their own terms.
09 Governing Law, Changes & Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection law that applies in your country of residence and cannot be waived by contract. [Specific dispute resolution procedures, such as arbitration or venue, are to be confirmed by Flyspout's legal counsel and added here.]
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated more prominently (such as a site banner or email) before they take effect. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
